1925
Founding of the company in Gutmadingen, Germany, by the Kramer brothers. Development to a leading manufacturer of tractors; over 100,000 machines sold units into the agricultural market.
1957/1958
Creation of a separate division for the production of industrial and construction machines.
1973
Concentration on production of compact construction equipment. End of production of tractors.
1987
Reorientation to four-wheel steering.
1993
First wheel loader with telescopic loader unit.
2000
Merging of Kramer and Neuson to Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG with headquarters in Linz, Austria.
2005
Start of cooperation with Claas.
2008
Opening of the new plant in Pfullendorf, Germany.
