Wacker Neuson looks back on 160 years of history. Wacker Neuson as it operates today was created through the 2007 merger of Wacker Construction Equipment AG and Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG. Weidemann GmbH was acquired by Wacker Construction Equipment AG in 2005, while Kramer-Werke GmbH was acquired by Neuson Baumaschinen GmbH in 2001.
