Corporate governance and leadership principles
Corporate governance takes high priority at Wacker Neuson. Both the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board are firmly committed to the principles of responsible, professional and transparent company management. We maintain a very flat hierarchical structure, with few levels between management and employees. Individuals are always judged by the quality of their performance rather than their status or seniority. We encourage our people to identify and seize opportunities – for our customers and for the company as a whole.
