Annual Document according to § 10 WpPG
Under the terms of the act governing implementation of Directive 2010/73/EU and amending the German Stock Exchange Act which entered into effect on June 26, 2012, companies are no longer required to produce and publish an Annual Document (formerly required under Section 10 WpPG a.F. (German Securities Act, old version)).
