Founded in 1848, today the Group is a leading global manufacturer of high-quality light and compact equipment. We provide a comprehensive one-stop offering, extending from development and production through sales and rentals to repairs and service – all designed to help customers increase operational efficiency.

Our broad product offering makes us the partner of choice among professional users in construction, gardening, landscaping and agriculture, as well as among municipal bodies and companies in the industrial and recycling sectors. The merger in October 2007 with the former Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG (Austria) greatly expanded our compact equipment portfolio. We now boast an unparalleled range of machines from over 300 product groups in the compact and light equipment segments. Light equipment comprises machines weighing up to 3 tons from the fields of concrete technology, soil and asphalt compaction, demolition and utility, including rammers, vibratory plates, rollers, cut-off saws, generators and pumps. Our compact equipment portfolio covers machines weighing up to 14 tons, such as compact, track and mobile excavators, wheel and track dumpers, skid steer loaders, telescopic handlers, articulated and all-wheel drive wheel loaders, all available with optional extras and a variety of attachments. This combination of light and compact equipment supports our customers’ entire construction process chain. Our products are sold under the Wacker Neuson and Kramer Allrad brands in Europe and under the Wacker Neuson brand elsewhere in the world. Equipment for the agricultural industry is distributed under the Weidemann brand.

The Group’s business model puts it in a strong position for the future. We are ranked as global leader in many product groups, particularly in European and US markets. We have captured leading international positions in numerous light equipment market segments, in particular in the soil and asphalt compaction and concrete technology areas. And in the compact equipment segment, we have already established strong footholds in the European market, particularly with wheel loaders and compact excavators.
