Based on our own competitive analysis, we have captured a leading international position in numerous light equipment market segments, in particular in the soil and asphalt compaction and concrete technology areas. In view of our broad product offering, global footprint and high sales volumes, we also estimate that we have achieved a strong position in various other segments in this market. In Gemany we have also captured a leading position in the compact equipment market with wheel loaders of the Kramer Allrad brand. We are working on the development of new products and are gaining market share due to our strong sales and service network and the global launch of our compact equipment. By synergizing our development and production know-how across brands we plan to expand our product portfolio and presence in the agricultural market under the umbrella of the “Farm Mobility” concept.
What is Wacker Neuson’s growth strategy?
The key elements of our strategy are:

What are the ticker symbols for the shares?
The trading symbol is WAC, the international securities identification number (ISIN) is DE000WACK012 and the WKN (German securities identification number) is WACK01 (common code: 025792777).
What is Wacker Neuson’s dividend policy?
We plan to pay out reasonable dividends. As long as future annual financial statements display profit, the company plans to pay out reasonable dividends, subject to approval by the AGM, according to the Articles of Association, at least 30 percent of the positive account balance.
When and where will the next AGM take place?
We will publish the date and location of the AGM in our financial calendar.
